Gluten is found in wheat, barley, rye, and oats. It is composed of two proteins, gliadin and glutenin, that are sometimes difficult to digest. Our special peptidase enzyme helps to break down the proline-containing peptides found in these proteins. Additionally, this formula helps to break down the common dairy protein (casein).*

How to Take Enzymes
Digestive enzymes are typically taken before eating, 1-2 capsules per meal. Higher amounts may be taken as needed.
