Men take 2 a day.I ordered this for the methysulfonylmethane (MSM Sulfur) that is said to help reduce the effects of seasonal allergies. I am anxious to see if that is factual, will update after usage. This is the main ingredient listed.The bamboo extract is an added benefit, boasting healthy for hair, skin and nails. Second main ingredient.The capsules are average size, smaller than a paperclip. Should not have any problems swallowing.

These capsules are supposed to help support stronger hair, skin , nails and bone. I could use some help with all of the above, so I was eager to try them. What I like about this supplement is that it's not just straight zinc. It also contains copper, vitamin B6, MSM and silica (from bamboo extract). All of these work together. The capsules are large but I have no trouble swallowing them as long as I take them with enough water. I take one each day after breakfast. I've had no stomach upset. It's far too soon to notice any results but I trust that these ingredients should help.

I love that this particular supplement contains Bamboo, which is known for its contributions to healthy hair, skin & nails due to its silica properties that can support collagen production and result in healthier & more elastic hair, skin & nails.I have had no digestive upsets from this supplement, and I’m pleased with the quality and ingredients. I’m happy with how they are produced & their source. Great stuff!

I have noticed my nails seeming a little bit thinner and feel like my hair has been a little slower to grow lately and maybe thinner as well. So I am excited to try something that might help with that. It's obviously not been long enough to give definitive proof one way or the other on results but the ingredients look good! The package was well sealed, in fact I had to break through the inner layer because I couldn't peel it off. Not complaining, would rather that than find it not fully sealed. Pills were all tightly packed. No open capsules in the bottle. They are not small, but they're far from the largest supplement I've seen. If your plan is to open them and put them in a smoothie or something, know there is a very slight bitter taste and just a tad sour like vitamin c. Though it would most likely would not be noticed in a smoothie.I love that all the stuff is in one capsule. I admit, when I see that a supplements serving size is two, it is always a bit of a let down. So bonus!

I have ordered this for several years 4 bottles at a time. The last time most of it was expired before I finished the first bottle and the same thing will happen again. I called the first time and was told the product was still good even though it would be a year before I would finish them. It is not my intention to buy almost expired supplements so will be looking for an alternative product.

Took a bit longer to get here than is usual but it came well packaged and I like it’s made in the USA. I primarily chose this supplement for its zinc and MSM content, aiming to support my hair and nails (I've noticed my skin becoming drier than usual and my nails developing ridges) while also giving my immune system a bit of a boost. The capsules are easy to swallow and haven't caused any side effects such as stomach upset. While it's too early to comment on long-term results, my experience so far has been positive. According to the directions, women should take "one capsule, up to two times per day," while men can take "one capsule, up to three times per day." So this bottle will last a little over 1 1/2 months for women and a little less for men.

I got these supplements because I read zinc is important to skin, nail and hair health. It has other stuff in it too like b6, bamboo silica, copper and MSM. I'm trying to get my hair healthy and full again.So far these supplements seem good. No bad taste or aftertaste. I will keep taking them and see what happens. It can't hurt.They're currently $18.99 at the time of this review. I think that's pretty fair since you get multiple ingredients in 1 pill. You get 100 capsules. A serving is 2 capsules.. so 50 days worth. A little under 2 months. I wish they made it 120 capsules so you'd get the full 2 months.I will say it takes generally 6 weeks to see results from these type of things. So after 1 bottle you can see if it's worthing for you.

This is an average dose of zinc, good for maintaining levels. It has copper in it as well which would be great but zinc and copper fight for absorption in the body so absorption effects would be questionable. I actually mostly ordered these because I liked the added msm. Overall it’s a simple complex with a few good nutrients for immune and skin health

I took this supplement in its entirety before my review. I stopped taking my normal one and took this one instead. I usually don't have to listed to the directions and take with food but I did with this one. Other than that there were no adverse side effects. If you take 2 per day it will last a little under 2 months. That is an average price point for this type of supplement. I do like the original supplement I take better and would not switch.
