The inability to properly clear homocysteine creates free radical distress, adding to wear and tear in the circulatory and nervous systems.* Elevated homocysteine has been shown to interfere with normal neurotransmitter function, contributing to the poor mood, fatigue, and the wear and tear feeling of stress. A nice addition to a healthy diet

I’ve been using these vitamins for a couple of weeks and while I haven’t noticed a big change in my energy levels, I do feel better overall and I don’t feel tired in the afternoon. I have paired these vitamins with an improved diet which also has helped me feel better. I am unable to take a regular multi-vitamin with folic acid, so this is a good supplement to help me get plenty of vitamins along with a healthy diet.

Excellent bioavailable formulation

It sounds good on paper. I don't feel any difference and gave it to my dog w/tapeworms recently (robs body of B12) but haven't felt any short term difference. I hope it's working long term as it is made well. One bottle came with a few pills broken open and yellow powder all over the pills and inside bottle. Messy and upon contacting manufacturer they said they would exchange it if I returned it but it's already expensive and adding return shipping and waiting a few weeks to get new bottle when I was in need then was out of the question. Otherwise, it is a good brand for sure.

I didnt hesitate to take a chance on a new supplement from wellness resources. Yes, my pee turned bright colors for hours after taking one capsule, but thats normal. Helps energy levels stay normal and even through most of my waking hours.I suggest taking one dose in the morning and one in the afternoon, 4-5 hours later. If you take it before bed, it may increase your chances of having difficulty sleeping.I also suggest increasing niacin though if you want more energy. It can work wonders!
