works really well
I started using this during Covid, and it gave me the lung support I wanted so that, even when I got the dread virus, it didn't end up in my lungs. I have continued taking it for continued immune and lung support and it must work well because I don't get sick, even when everybody else does. I love the simple yet focused formulation.
Byron Richards recommended that I try this supplement more than 30 years ago when I was allergic to almost everything - foods, environmental you name it!. This and the other supplements he recommended - saved my life. If I eat something that does not agree with me I immediately take several Quercetin and any allergic reaction is gone in 1/2 hour. It is in my purse or briefcase all the time and I never travel without it! My question - why would you not take Quercetin to help your immune system?

This is a great product for natural defense of respiratory infections.
I take this with my daily over-the-counter allergy medication. In a week, I haven't noticed a tremendous improvement, but I do feel like my sinuses are clearer in the hours after I take the medication. I will just say that one should read about the main ingredients in the product and then make an educated decision on how much of it to take. As far as its virtues, I can say it is a very easy pillow to swallow, nicely coated. I have read a good bit about the main ingredient, Quercetin, and I think with regular supplementation, it will be a good addition to my daily allergy regimen. I won't be giving up my regular allergy medication any time soon, though. A family member has asthma, and this did not do much to help with her symptoms. I have not noticed improved skin, and have not taken an x-ray to see if my bones improved ;-)Hope you found this review helpful!

These pills work great for allergies I have skin itch and watery eyes and if you take these pills consistently they work to keep your allergies under control!

Started taking it daily in April when I heard mention from a medical doctor that it might help avoid or reduce the symptoms of Covid-19. I have no idea if it really helps but it seems there is little risk involved in consuming it so I thought I'd give it a try. It is also reputed to help with sinus problems.
