These are small capsules which are easy to take and swallow. No taste or after taste, has about a three year shelf life.I noticed the difference about a week after I start taking this. My energy level increase a great deal after three weeks , felt like a new person.Good quality supplement Great value for the money.

Just received these supplements and it is clear that they are well packaged and manufactured nicely in smooth capsules that are easy to digest. Two security seals, one on the bottle cap and one on the inner throat. Each capsule is ovoid and shiny, very easy to take down.Will update to see if there is a noticeable effect... hard to tell with all the other variables.

First of all, this company uses quality Kaneka brand of Ubiquinol. I personally like that the best, and trust it.The company has also been around a while (since 1985 according to the bottle), and has their company name, USA address, and website URL all on the bottle, so you can have confidence in who the company is and how to contact them if you need to.Recommended for quality Co-Q10 Kaneka, but only 4-stars instead of 5 due to the higher price. The price is definitely on the high end of reasonable IMO.

Easy Swallow CoQ10 Ubiquinol Supplement In D-Limonene Base

As with most supplements this CoQ-10 operates on a cellular level and it is difficult to perceive energized cells, therefore to evaluate it I take into account the perceived quality of this product and packaging and the knowledge that CoQ-10 itself has the potential to support many health functions.The manufacturer claims the Ubiquinol is suspended in a d-limonene base for high absorbability which is good. The bottle contains 60 capsules with a daily suggested dose of 2 per day so this is a one month supply but I did notice the price point seems higher than many other similar supplements. Overall my perception is this is a high quality supplement, I am pleased with this product and would order it again.

Works as expected

I take this because I have a strong family history of gum disease and associated tooth loss. So far, I still have all my teeth, and I will take all the steps I can to keep them. I do have frequent bouts of redness, soreness, and bleeding gums despite my efforts. COQ10 seems to diminish the frequency and severity of them. I have been taking it for awhile, so when I try a new brand, I'm looking to see if there is any change in the level of benefit. These seem to be doing the job so far. They are smaller than the gelcaps of the last brand I was taking, although, to be fair, I only had to take one of those to achieve 400mgs. These are 200mg per, so I have to take 2. Still, I don't really consider that a significant detractor. If it works, it works, and these seem to be doing just that.

Appears to be a quality supplement

I take CoQ10 at my doctor's advice because I take a statin. Ubiquinol is a superior, more bioavailable form of CoQ10. Since Ubiquinol generally costs more than CoQ10, I alternate taking CoQ10 and Ubiquinol daily.These Wellness Resources Ubiquinol softgels are, according to the Wellness Resources website, manufactured in the USA and third-party tested. The softgels themselves are medium size and each contains 100mg of Ubiquinol. There are 60 softgels in the bottle (do note that the "serving size" is two capsules, so that would give you 200mg of Ubiquinol total each day).I haven't noticed any changes from taking these Ubiquinol softgels rather than my normal brand. I wouldn't expect too; however, as they both use Kaneka brand Ubiquinol.
