Quercetin Phytosome + Luteolin

My daughter and I both take quercetin as a supplement, especially in spring and summer when pollen is making us extra sneezy. This seems to work about as effectively as any other kind that we’ve tried, and we’ve had no issues with the quality of it although it is noticeably paler than others we’ve used.Quercetin is said to have a lot of health benefits and we have found it helpful. In terms of value this is one of the more expensive ones that we’ve tried and I’m not sure it’s worth the additional cost.

I just have to tell you about the Wellness Resources supplement featuring Quercetin Phytosome and Luteolin. This seems to be a good quality quercetin so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is rather expensive for quercetin- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

Made in USA! So, to start off with, this is a supplement developed and packaged in the US. Doing some basic research, you can determine the facility that does the research and packaging of this product. For a good cell stabilizer and histamine this supplement is awesome. I live with severe allergies to environmental, seasonal allergies, and this reallly help me. I have gone this whole season without taking nasty antihistamines. I am very happy with this supplement and will definitely look at a long-term application since it's cheaper than some OTC meds.

This quercetin supplement by Wellness Resources is good so far. I like using quercetin for it's many benefits (I'm not able to list them here) and I found this one to be effective. I like that it's made in the USA. I think for the price, it should have less fillers. I am actively trying to find supplements that have less fillers like cellulose and magnesium stearate, so that's why I removed a star. Overall, this is decent.

The bottle of 60 vegan capsules is very well sealed and according to the supplement facts on the label each one contains 250 mg. Quercefit (registered trademark of Italy) Quercetin Phytosome (standardized to contain 34% quercetin). It also contains 100 mg. of Luteolin in the form of an extract (flower). There is a lot number plus expiration date of 03/27 along with a website and MN distribution address. The directions indicate 1 capsule up to 2 times daily may be taken and notes this Quercetin Phytosome Luteolin supplement contains advanced absorption for immune health, neuroprotection and mitochondrial support.I'm a fan of Quercetin/bioflavonoids and like to keep it on hand for a boost to the immune system as needed and find this formulation with Luteolin intriguing in terms of possible health benefits. It's a much lower amount of Quercetin than I would normally take per capsule; however, research indicates Luteolin may be a powerful antioxidant with its own particular benefits so am going to give it a try and see.

Wellness Resources is a brand I have tried before and trust as a result (I use their D-Limonene softgels to help with indigestion), so I was quite pleased to order their Quercetin and Luteolin complex.Quercetin is usually taken at 500-1000mg per day. This supplement gives 250mg per pill, to be taken up to twice a day. Luteolin dosage can range from 50-300mg per day, and this supplement falls within that range at 100mg per pill. Luteolin can be rather expensive, and this product is right around where I would expect for something containing 100mg per pill - $33.97, at the time of this writing.I started with one pill per day to assess tolerance, and as I had no negative reactions or digestive upset, moved to 2x per day without issue. The pills are somewhat on the larger side, but not so big as to be difficult to swallow. There is no noticeable taste, odor, or aftertaste to my senses.I think that, if you are looking for a solid Quercetin and Luteolin supplement to add to your longevity routine, this is a great choice. As I've mentioned, I've had great results from their other products, so I trust the Wellness Resources brand to provide what they advertise. Their price point also makes sense for the ingredients included.

While I can’t say I feel smarter, I definitely feel more focused! There’s so many benefits that you probably won’t notice right away. They are easy to swallow and moderate in size. For a supplement of this caliber it’s a good value.
