I love my daily turmeric, it has so many health benefits! I primarily take this for supporting healthy joints and reducing inflammation since I struggle with joint issues! It also supports tissue health, cholesterol and blood sugar and boost immunity. This product is vegan and gluten-free, important facts for me! This product states that the serving size is one capsule which is 300 mg. I typically take about three times that so I will be taking a couple capsules in the morning and one at night. Because there are no FDA recommendations for the daily recommended amount of turmeric as of yet, you'll need to do a little bit of trial and error to find out what is a good amount for yourself. I know the minimum for me is 500 mg but if I'm experiencing a flare up I'll go up to 2,000. On a daily basis I typically take around 1,000. I have personally found turmeric supplements to be very helpful for myself and this is a good formulation, just be aware of the how many capsules you may have to take compared to what you've been taking previously.

I use this turmeric for pain and inflammation instead of over the counter pain relievers. One thing I’ve noticed is it also helps with brain fog/memory.

This turmeric arrives safety sealed inside of a retail bottle. It is easy to open and swallow. I like that this is pure and cleaner as I have heard that most turmeric tests as having too much lead which is harmful to our health. This one is tested and doesn't have it. Apple pectin will help absorb lead if you are still worried about that.

These turmeric capsules are good and seem provide what they say.The value is good but may not be perfect since they contain no pepper extract that is said to activate the turmeric in the body. Consider combining with another supplement that does have piperine/capsaicin. The description claims that this mix is so bio-availble it does not need black pepper.I like that the 300mg extract contains min 30% curcuminoids putting it over 90mg which is not bad for this size.I like that this company declares every batch is tested to ensure label accuracy as well as declaring some third party tests, which seems to me essential to trust the quality.Ive been taking it and I feel good. My joints feel good.I recommend turmeric to anyone and this could be the one for you.

I use Turmeric for systemic inflammation because of Crohn's and it works quite well. I have had the best luck with a Boswellia /Turmeric combo, but decided to try a few others to see if they. work as well .The manufacturer suggest you take 3 500 mg tabs once daily at least 1 hour around the time you take food, on an empty stomach, in other words. That is one difference I have seen, some manufacturers Suggest before, on an empty stomach, or do not give directions as to when to take the pills. Personally, I have seen no difference.Oh yes, the taste, some taste very strongly of Turmeric, not one of my favorite tastes. These pills are relatively tasteless. In a nice way.According to reputable clinical sources I found in a web search (The Cleveland Clinic and the Mayo Clinic, not WebMD), it is suggested to take 500 mg 3 times daily, so I did. And got good relief , but I am still going to try a few more brands.Stay tuned...

I have been taking Turmeric for the last few years with mixed results. This product, however, does seem to work pretty well. I take the supplement primarily due to having arthritic problems in my knees. I have notice less stiffness and pain since adding this Turmeric supplement into my daily routine. That being said, I am taking two pills per day instead of the suggested dose of one. I take one in the morning with my other vitamins and supplements and then one before bedtime. This has worked best for me.I like that this is in capsule form rather than a pill, as I find the pill form can leave residue and can even leave stains. If you are thinking about adding Turmeric into your diet, then this is a pretty good product to start with. Like I said, I have tried many different Turmeric products over the last couple of years and this ranks up at the top of my list.

This homeopathic treatment for joints and inflammation seems to help a little bit, which is much easier on the stomach then taking NSAIDs. How effective is it? Not sure! With these things, you never know because they are not tested. But it’s worth trying, in my opinion. Vegan and gluten free.

These work as well as the regular turmeric capsules I take in keeping low-level inflammation under control. Packaging, capsules, smell... everything is as expected. No negative side effects. Pricier that my regular and others.

As far as I can tell, this pill does help with inflammation. I was having some knee pain and it has slowly disappeared. It might have gone on its own, but that is the problem with this sort of testing. You just don't know since there is only one test case. It certainly did not hurt so it is worth a try if you have some sort of lingering inflammation that is causing pain.

This supplement has 300 grams of turmeric extract per capsule. That's better than many turmeric capsules on Amazon which use straight turmeric and not turmeric extract. It's the curcumin found in higher proportion in the extract that is supposed to be helpful if you have joint pain.On the negative side, these capsules don't contain piperine which helps the body absorb curcuminoids. Many supplements contain ten grams of piperine to aid with absorption. Take these with another turmeric supplement which does contain piperine and you will still receive the benefit.Finally, I don't know if turmeric does a thing for joint pain, but I keep trying. I've taken it on and off for years with no apparent benefit. But even if it's just a placebo, it still feels good to be trying to make things better.

I take turmeric to help with absorption of fish oil. I take my fish oil gelcap along with this turmeric. I have heard that it helps, plus I also take it to help with body pain and my immune system. You can’t go wrong taking turmeric every day. It is safe to take long term. I also take a very high dose of CoQ10 with my fish oil and my turmeric.This is a 3 month supply, so for $12 a month it is a good price. You get 300 mg per dose which is a pretty good amount. You could take this twice a day for extra benefit and it would be totally safe. I’m taken some brands that are upwards of 1350 mg, but that was taking 3 capsules.Speaking of capsules. This product is in capsule form which I like.I think this is a good brand and it is a reasonable price for the quality and dose that you get.
