It's a good product! Definitely contains fresh ingredients. I've been taking Berberine Supplements for several months primarily for Metabolic and Cardiovascular system support (although there are other benefits as well). I am currently taking another brand, but when I use up that supply I will start taking this Berberine Ultra - Advanced Absorption Berberine Phytosome from Wellness Resources. A daily serving of this supplement is one capsule. Although the one capsule contains "only" 550mg, the bioavailability of this particular form is much greater than form that is used in the brand that I am currently taking, where I was taking about 1000mg per day (2 capsules).Other things I like about the Wellness Resources brand include: it's made in an FDA-registered facility, the company subjects its products to Third-Party USA-based purity and potency testing, and the product is made in the USA. I'm actually looking forward to starting to take this brand! And I definitely like that with the higher bioavailability I'll be taking ONE less pill per day.
I've been using for 2 weeks along with leptinal, activator plus & tributyrin plus. No noticable difference yet. I understand takes at least 30 days to hopefully see some result.

No improvement. I took Berberine + Milk Thistle by N4H for 2 years that controlled my A1c. It was delayed from production issues, then discontinued and replaced by Berbesil by N4H which had no effect on my A1c. This has been the case for me with Berberine Ultra also.

This is Berberine Ultra - Advanced Absorption Berberine Phytosome supplement by Wellness Resources brand. The supplement contains a proprietary blend call Berbevis that contains berberine, pea flower, sunflower lecithin and grape seed extract. There are 60 capsules which will last 2 months. This is made in the USA in an FDA inspected facility. This is a good supplement
I'm 52 and have been taking berberine for about a year. My first time ordering this brand. It works great as a supplement. Easy to swallow and no upset stomach. Great value for the money.
I added Berberine to my daily regime several years ago and have experimented with several brands. Often, I had to discontinue use because the pill made me restless at night and disrupted my sleep. I was impressed by this product's claim of advanced absorption, so decided to try it. So far, I've taken it daily for a week and have not experienced any negative side effects, so it's a winner for me.
I take berberine for the several years but never tried Phytosome berberine. It suppose to be more effective. I decided to take just one capsule a day instead of my usual two. This capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I don't have any side effects. This supplement made in USA in GMP facility and tested by a 3rd party lab, so I am pretty confident in the quality of this supplement. I really appreciate that it doesn't contain any unnecessary fillers.
Very easy to swallow capsules, vegan berberine supplement. Fast absorption with no weird aftertaste. We use these daily. I like the veggie capsules, since we do not consume pork and a lot of gelatin is pork based. The ingredients seem to be high quality as well. Works as advertised.
This company says they test through a third party and that they buy standardized and branded materials, which is a very good thing. I'll have to take them at their word, however, because the third party test results aren't posted on their web site and I can't find a link to it there.That said, the amount and form of Berberine in these capsules are exactly what I want to take, and they have no taste or smell that I can discern. I have no problem swallowing them and there was no loose powder in the well sealed bottle. I could do without pea protein, but the other ingredients are fine. This is a pretty good value compared to other Berberine formulas also.

With a number of the other products on Amazon that get a good number of very good reviews.I did not have any problems taking this product. Berberine HCL can cause stomach upset in some users. There are claims that the Phytosome version of Berberine should cause fewer users to suffer stomach upset.The Amazon product description, and the company web site claims all its companies products are made in the USA and 3rd party tested. I wish those claims were on the product container as well.

Seems to be a great functioning product
As with many supplements, it’s difficult to discern tangible results. I have had no negative reactions or effects. On the other end of the scale, I can’t attribute any obvious positive effects either.
