Ingredients:
• 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1 cup frozen pineapple
• 1 teaspoon shredded coconut or coconut milk
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
• 1 scoop Wellness Resources Daily Protein (unflavored or vanilla)
Directions:
