Mango Cardamom Lassie Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1 mango, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
• 2 scoops Daily Protein Unflavored
• 1/2 cup 2% organic milk
• 1 cup organic plain yogurt
• 4 ice cubes
Serves 2.
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
