• 1 scoop Daily Protein Chocolate
• 1 cup 2% organic milk
• 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. honey (optional)
• 4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
