No aftertaste, no issues after several days - the capsules are a bit larger than I like, however more liquid to swallow them helps and I'm good with that. I take 1 per day with the satisfaction that these antioxidants are assisting my system as health sites claim (for a variety of things - including lowering blood pressure, improving blood flow, and protecting the brain, kidneys & liver).It's a good idea to consult your doctor before you take any supplements to ensure that there are no interactions with other medications or supplements that you take.

I find this supplement to be of a higher quality than most grapefeed extracts. The price is great and it supplements the collagen powder nicely.

A skin protocol I am doing calls for grape seed extract. Up until now, I did not realize all the health benefits of grape seed extract like liver, kidney, and brain support, reducing oxidative stress, helping with circulation, and skin health.This particular brand only has 200 mg of the extract as compared with much higher mgs of some other brands but I think that might be best to start out since everyone's body can react differently to new supplements.Since it can take weeks or even months to see results with new products, I can only report that this company, Wellness Resources, has been in business for decades. The capsules are average sized and not strong tasting with an expiration date in 2025.

I can't comment yet on the efficacy here, but I am looking forward to it. I have taken other brands in the past with good. I am very comforted in knowing this Brand has been around a very long time. FDA, GMP, and USA Labels are ALL GOOD! Those seals are always important to me and should be to everyone else if you're concerned. I am always afraid to take supplements from a certain country or two, as they don't have the same standards that these Seals Guarantee.

Not being a health care pro, I can't recommend taking Grape Seed Extract or not. However, based on my personal research it seems like it potentially has some benefits. So, if you are inclined to take them and have done your own research or consulted a health care professional, these seem to have good credentials. They are made in the USA in and FDA approved facility by a reputable company, which are important to me before I take a supplement.

A bulk supplement of grape seed extract, ever since having used it in some workout supplements in the past I've noticed a peak in my performance specifically endurance and my mental mood in tackling sports etc. It's 95% potency at 200mg, which is considered the go to and I've seen in other supplements as well. Should last me almost half a year if taken pre-gym.

Directions say to take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day, so the recommended dosage is safe.

Grape Seed Extract is in anti-inflammatory. I take it as a preventative. Haven't noticed anything specific, but no side effects either. This is good.

I'm taking this for connective tissue support but grape seed extract has a variety of benefits which are worth researching. Do note this is grape seed extract and not grapefruit seed extract (GSE). Just mentioning that as people often seem to get the two confused.The recommended serving is one capsule up to three times a day which is doable for me. Unfortunately, I would have to go through these fairly quickly anyway as the expiration date is February 2025 which is 6 months from now. I would've loved to have received a fresher product.

OK I have heard of grapeseed OIL but not an extract as a supplement so when I saw this I was extremely interested as it seems to have benefits out the wazoo! I don't know as only continued use and time will tell. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about 75% full, which is not too bad nowadays.If used as directed it will last 1-3 month (100 capsules, taking 1-3 per day).The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not putting it on the bottom!) is Feb 2025, so about six months from now.They don't have much of a scent or taste, and are easy to swallow with waterI like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those. The product page says 3rd-party tested, manufactured in the USA, and has a GMP stamp.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The bottle has their phone number, and the product page says family-owned since 1985. Their wellnessresources site is functional and informative. This seems to be a good quality Grape Seed Extract so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is decent- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
