• 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 bunch spinach
• 1 apple
• 1/2 cup mango chuncks
• 1 cup ice/water
• 1 scoop Wellness Resources Daily Protein (vanilla or unflavored)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
