Raspberry Protein Smoothie Recipe

Raspberries are in season! Try this delicious raspberry protein smoothie recipe for breakfast.
• 1 cup organic raspberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup organic 2% milk (may substitute almond milk or rice milk. Not soy milk).
• 1 scoop whey protein (Wellness Resources Daily Protein Vanilla, Unflavored, or Strawberry)
• Fresh mint
• 2 ice cubes
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Makes 1 serving.
