Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
Try out this tasty pumpkin spice smoothie. The addition of high quality whey protein makes it a great breakfast!

• 1 scoop Wellness Resources Daily Protein Vanilla
• 1/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin, canned or freshly cooked
• 3/4 cup organic milk or almond milk
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• Pinch of ground ginger powder or freshly grated ginger
• A few ice cubes

Directions: Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
