Mainstream Medicine Now Trumpets Omega 3 Oils for Cardiovascular Health
I have been touting the extreme cardiovascular health benefits of omega 3 oils1 for cardiovascular health, especially DHA, for over two decades. It is now official, mainstream researchers are extolling the virtues of omega 3 oils.  The researchers recommend 500-1000 mg/day for target omega 3 consumption.

These fish oil amounts don't apply to the total amount of fish oil in a capsule, but rather to the active part of that oil like DHA.

The quality of health of millions of Americans, as well as future health care costs, hinges on following this advice.
