Do not eat large meals. Finish a meal when you feel slightly less than full; the full signal will usually catch up within 10-20 minutes. The fastest way to cause leptin problems is to eat large meals. It does not matter if the meal is composed mostly of fat, carbohydrates, or protein. Consistently eating large meals is the easiest way to poison your body with food.
