Cashew Coconut Collagen Bites

There are so many ways to incorporate collagen peptides into your day. These flavor-packed bites made from high-quality collagen peptide powder, cashews, dates, and coconut look as good as they taste. They're easy to make and are an easy healthy way to enjoy a bite of collagen protein goodness anytime! Kids love them too!
1 cup raw cashews
Approximately 10 pitted dates
¼-1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Pinch of sea salt to taste
In a food processor, pulse cashews until ground into a powder consistency. Add dates and pulse again until mixed together well.
Add remaining ingredients, and roll into balls with your hands. Optional to garnish with additional coconut flakes by rolling the bites in coconut flakes in a small plate or bowl.
Store them in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
