I say no to any synthetic and you have ascorbic acid rather than natural vitamin C. Please look at your list and replace any synthetic with Whole Foods. Natural vitamin C are acerola cherry, rose hips or camu Camu. I love the small capsule size because my grandchild can’t swallow capsules that easy. I will not buy gummies due to sugar and they stick to teeth. Chewables would be option if not loaded with sugar or dyes. Also like it’s made in USA. I would purchase is you used Whole Foods and not any synthetics. Thank you

These are the only pills my 7 year old can swallow! I was looking for a multivitamin that had iron to help curb my son’s Pica. He was chewing on his clothes and constantly wanting to chew on ice (all signs of iron deficiency). I noticed a reduction in chewing within just days of him taking these. The only negative is that my 5 year old refuses to swallow them so I have to break the pills apart and mix it with applesauce which she says tastes horrible.

Excellent multiple vitamin for kids of all ages. Contains all activated B vitamins and the capsules are so much better than gummy vitamins.

We are long-term users of these multivitamins for our two kids (4-5 years or more).

I just can't say enough good about these.

My son (who FINALLY started taking them regularly) discovered his hay fever symptoms subsided and I think are all but gone.

My other kid has blossomed. She went from not being able to write a summary -fast forward years later- to getting A's and B's in school. She is in high school and still takes them everyday.

The size is great. They store well (I once complained they didnt, but then I discovered my kids and I were putting wet silverware in the same drawer). The ingredients are the best.

Perfect for my son who is too younf for adult supplements and too old for the chalky chewables. He takes these with no issues! Makes me feel bett knowing hes getting his vitamins.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The only mini-capsules for kids I can find. Kids take them easily and HATE all chewable vitamins. Some people commented about the smell. It's not "repugnant" as some reported. It's more fruity. Not bad at all and my picky kids gladly take these over chewables.

These ! If hidden hunger is a problem for your child, picker eater..these right here are a game changer. My sons attitude, emotional state and behavior had a drastic change with these. Just getting the right amount of nutrition makes a high difference! He was 7 when he started and he was able to swallow them from the get go. Definitely recommend as long as your doctor is on bored for multi v.

My 9yr old and 5yr old take these and so far so good. The capsules are on the smaller side which is good for younger kids. They are of good quality and product. Hove ordered more than once. Will continue to order.

I haven't found a cleaner kids multi vitamin with better ingredients. It's excellent for kids 1 and up - capsules are easy to open and sprinkle on some sauce. All of my kids take it and it doesn't have sugar. It's an amazing vitamin.

My 7 yr old struggles with eating so I've been looking for a good vitamin for years. I've tried all the chewable and gummies, which he hates. We randomly discovered he can swallow capsules so I ordered these. He takes 2/day without a single fight! What a miracle. I consider them small capsules, especially in the world of supplements. No taste at all.

My kids have never been tolerant of the gummies, but finding a kid-appropriate swallow multi-vitamin has been a struggle.These are SMALL and easy for even my younger child to swallow, and finally I have the kids taking multi-vitamins.

Good multivitamin. My kids take two of these on days that we remember to get them out. They seem to help the kids pay better attention at school, avoid some muscle cramps, and give a little energy boost. They’re small and easy for kids to swallow.

These are PERFECT for kids who have trouble with bigger pills. They are surprisingly small. I just bought them for my 14 year old who has trouble with food textures and doesn't get enough nutrients from eating. He did say there was a taste and I suggested to rub them between his hands to get any residue off from the outside and that worked. I researched a while before settling on this one. I chose this brand because it includes iron and calcium among so many other highly absorbable vitamins and minerals. It's the best for kids struggling with getting enough nutrients in their diet!

Trying to find kids vitamins for younger kids to take in a pill form has been met with very limited options! Everything is a chewable, gummy, liquid, or powder...none of which my 8 y/o daughter likes taking. She would prefer to take pills. So for that alone I would give this a good rating. However, it also includes Iron and magnesium which is also hard to come by in many children's vitamins. I do wish however that it had more magnesium so taking off 1 star. It is small enough that she doesn't mind taking them and swallows them pretty easily. Will update if needed after she's been taking it for more than a week if there are any adverse side effects or issues.

These are a really nice dose for adults to take to even up their nutrient intake from a typical American diet. You won't max out on anything here. I like that it has both vitamins AND minerals -- other 100% RDA formulations have only vitamins.Downside it what man other reviewers mention -- the black spotting that occurs. I didn't notice it with the new bottle but it did show up later. This tends to support the moisture claim the company puts forth, rather than mold, but that's untested and part of mold growth is moisture, so make up your own mind. I would think the company would try to improve moisture control if this really is an issue. I am willing to go with these, but I use them timely and don't let them sit around.

I'd like to start out by saying I can appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating good products like this. The amounts of vitamins in these are close to excellent. These are a little low on Vitamin E, vitamin K, Choline, and Magnesium. I still appreciate these tiny, easy to swallow children's multi-vitamins. They certainly pack a lot for being so tiny. They are so small that it is a little difficult to open them up to sprinkle into my babies juices. It goes best in grape juice or something like a smoothy if they are old enough to notice, but never milk, dont even take them with milk. But my 7 year old and 10 year old had no worries or even hesitated to swallow 3 at once. Yes, I was shocked. But there are a few other small down sides. So these lack Vitamin E, K, Choline,and magnesium. The label doesn't reassure me enough that none of the vitamins are synthetic. So I have to do research to find out for sure. I do notice the additive called magnesium stearate, which is an oil additive that prevents clumping BUTmay or may not be harmful. I'm not sure how effective magnesium stearate is, but it is still a little controversial and should be left out. Other companies are stepping up to the plate in the organic field and it wont be long before the controversial additives and synthetic ingredients are absent with a larger variety of quality product for consumers to commit to.Since this multi-vitamin is lacking all of those vitamins and needs an oil based additive, I believe Wheat Germ Oil would be the perfect supplement for the magnesium stearate. It has everything this multi-vitamin is missing. Which is Vitamin E, K, choline and both Omega-3's and Omega-6's. And Fats are definitely important.
