I feel more like myself and my hair doesn't feel as fine and dry

I have been using this for few months and my nails and hair really grow fast! Love this vitamin supplement!

I have been really impressed with Wellness Resources as a whole; I tried taking their Hair Skin and Nails vitamins. I've had friends get noticeably stronger nails and healthier looking hair after just a few weeks of continued use. But I personally cannot take this product. For some reason my stomach reacts violently to something in it. I am not positive exactly which ingredient is the issue, but I have my suspicions that it's the bamboo. I’ve learned over time that I can’t tolerate any emulsifiers, gums, or starches, hypromellose (stuff they put in a lot of capsules)and even small amounts can upset my digestion. Because of that sensitivity, this product just didn’t work for me personally. I’m disappointed, because it seems to help a lot of people, but my stomach simply couldn’t handle it.

Capsules are standard-sized and easy to swallow. As with any supplement, you should take this with food, which I did. I haven't seen earth-shattering results (and wasn't expecting to), but I do like the mix of ingredients in this supplement and I seem to be getting some benefits from it, so will continue to take it.

I got this because I feel like my hair is getting thinner as I get older. I look at pictures from five years ago and my hair looked awesome and now… it just doesn’t. I saw these and didn’t see any crazy ingredients that I thought would cause me issues so I figured “why not?” I like this is supposed to have multiple uses. Hair skin and nails. All the problem areas lol. I haven’t really noticed a big difference to my skin, but I have noticed that my nails are looking healthier and not breaking as easily. That’s pretty nice. I wasn’t really expecting a lot when it came to the nails, I was mostly thinking of my hair. I haven’t noticed a big difference in my hair, but that’s something that you really can’t judge after three or four weeks. It takes months and months for hair to grow back and look really thick again….. I’m not noticing it getting any thinner, so that right there is a definite positive. I like these supplements. They’re not super expensive, they’re easy to swallow, and my nails look great. So lots of positives and no negatives so far.

After consistent use for a few weeks, I’ve seen noticeable improvement in nail strength and reduced hair shedding. The combination of biotin, keratin, and other premium ingredients appears to be effective. The capsules are easy to take, and there are no unpleasant side effects.

These seemed to help my hair and nails somewhat. I swallow them without tasting. They are easy to swallow and the texture is not rough so easy to take.

I’m not looking for a miracle; just want my aging, dry and sensitive skin to calm down and stop being irritated by fabrics, seams, detergents etc. in winter. I also wish to mitigate age-related hair thinning.So far, my skin feels a little calmer. The MSM in this helps build keratin which is a key protective protein. There’s also keratin and biotin in it. Yes, good, focused ingredients, but it’s so expensive and not that unique. This is made by a family business in the US. They claim to use highest quality natural ingredients, which I guess explains the high price. If I decide to continue this type of blend ongoing, I will have to go with a brand that’s less than half this price, though. If you can afford this, then go for it and enjoy the high-end ingredients.

Nice! Really awesome vitamins that have the same ingredients (and more!) compared to other hair nail and skin vitamins. I love that they come with 90 capsules as well making the value really good. Easy to swallow but definitely bigger than average vitamins. I have definitely found my nails to be a lot stronger.

This is a good mix of ingredients in an easy-to-swallow capsule form with no aftertaste. I only take 1 capsule a day as an added supplement to our collagen and other daily pills. This makes it very cost-effective, and my hair and nails are definitely seeing results.
