Life changer

Tried this pill to save some money for another pill a Dr recommended for hormones and heavy periods. Oh my lanta. Recommended highly to control periods and help keep up with your greens. They do smell terrible, like mothballs but it's tolerable.

Reduces estrogen. Also an anti androgen.

I got it to improve my estrogen metabolism, believing doing so would also improve my testosterone levels. I felt it worked well, then I found out it is an androgen receptor antagonist. That means it reduces the effectiveness of androgens, like testosterone or DHT. I'm a male wanting to continue to build muscle and strength, so this product was not for me.

Perimenopause help

Turns out when your whole body starts falling apart at 40, it's probably perimenopause. Too many issues to count including daily hot flashes. I was recommended to this and the hot flashes and joint pain went away. I thought it was coincidental and it tastes bad so I stopped taking. Everything came back.
