I don't know if its working. How could I? They are easy to swallow and have a slight ordor, but the science behind Fisetin is rather good.

They are ok I guess

I honestly cannot tell if these are doing anything for me. I purposely got a low dose to start with but when I take two I still cannot tell a difference in anything for which I purchased them.

I love this product

Effective in unexpected way

I first tried Fisetin in 2018. As I’ve gotten older, maintaining muscle fitness has become more difficult. This chemical appears to change something as I have been able to rebuild muscle strength, tone and mass as well as I did 20 years earlier. I suspect it does something for cellular metabolism like a tuneup. It seems to last about a year before wearing off. Then I repeat the treatment. 500 mg a day for 4 days then again in 2 weeks works for me.
