Beat the winter blues with this tropical protein smoothie. Makes a tasty, energizing breakfast!
- 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 to 1/2 scoops Daily Protein Vanilla
- 1/2 cup 2% organic milk (may use almond or rice milk)
- Lime juice from 1/2 lime
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
