Green Dessert Smoothie

This is kid approved, loaded with nutrients and no added sugars.
Serves 1-2 people
- 3 ice cubes of frozen spinach (find recipe here)
- 1 ice cube of frozen kale (find recipe here)
- 1 room temperature banana
- 1/2-1 peeled lime, depending on taste preference for tartness
- 1/8 inch slice of ginger (peel removed), can vary amount depending on taste preference
In a blender, add all ingredients and a splash of water. The more water you use, the thinner the smoothie will be. Blend on high until smooth and serve! You will be shocked by the deliciousness of this nutrient-packed smoothie!
