Boost Your Creativity and Mood with Alpha Brain Waves

Alpha brain waves are associated with a relaxed state where unwanted thoughts fade away. People in a wakeful alpha brainwave state often experience heightened intuition and a stronger inner connection to their true selves.

On the other hand, beta brain waves, which are necessary for problem-solving and responding to emergency situations, often dominate. These waves are triggered by various stressors such as loud noises, negative news, conflicts, and even busy schedules.
