Banana Cardamom Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom (or crushed cardamom seeds)
• 1 scoop Daily Protein Vanilla
• 1/2 banana
• juice of 1/2 lime
• 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
