7 Fall Protein Smoothie Recipes

Fall is a season filled with abundant flavors and colors, busy schedules, and time with family and friends. Fall is also the season of not so healthy dishes and the temptation of skipping breakfast or grabbing something on the go! 1/2 organic sweet potato, baked, peeled, sliced (can be room temp or frozen solid )
or 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
½ cup unsweetened organic milk of choice (organic 2% milk, coconut, almond)
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground clove
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Enjoy!
