Wellness Resources brings you outstanding health books written by Byron J. Richards, Board-Certified Clinical Nutritionist. Richards was the first to write a book for the public explaining the hormone leptin and its immense importance to weight management and overall health, called Mastering Leptin (2002). In 2006, he wrote a shorter version of Mastering Leptin called The Leptin Diet, which features five lifestyle guidelines for healthy weight management. We published Byron’s work-in-progress, 21st Century Thyroid, in 2015.
