Introducing NAD+ Helper with NMN: Advanced Support for Healthy Aging

Do you find yourself dragging through the day wishing for more energy? Are you bemoaning age-related decline with each passing year? Has your metabolism become sluggish? Do you want to support longevity self-care? We’re excited to introduce NAD+ Helper with NMN to support your quest for healthy aging and longevity self-care. Discover why boosting NAD+ is smart and how this unique formula can help.

What is NAD+?

In the last several years, vast amounts of research have identified key nutrients for energy, organ and tissue health, and longevity. One of the most important energy currency compounds is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) a critical cofactor, coenzyme, and signaling molecule related to niacin/vitamin B3 metabolism.

NAD+ plays several roles in the production of ATP in mitochondria and tissue levels are associated with longevity. NAD+ determines the activity of cellular metabolic pathways for burning blood sugar, Krebs cycle activity, and mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation.

NAD+ is vital for healthy cellular function throughout the body. It helps regulate inflammatory responses, supports the activity of immune cells such as macrophages, T cells, and B cells, assists in managing cellular senescence, and promotes overall cellular health and survival.

The highest levels of NAD+ are found in the liver, kidneys, muscle, brown adipose tissue, brain, blood and skin. A decline in NAD+ is related with reduced mitochondrial efficiency, impaired DNA repair and age-related decline in these tissues and throughout the body.

Healthy NAD+ Levels

Healthy NAD+ levels promote efficient energy production and metabolic function. NAD+ also supports mitochondrial biogenesis, DNA repair, stem cell production, brain and neurological function, muscle strength, exercise tolerance and performance, blood sugar metabolism, insulin sensitivity, fat burning in the liver, cardiovascular function, kidney function, skin quality, clearance of lactate/lactic acid, healthy hemoglobin levels and kidney function, retinal health, and more.

NMN Supports NAD+ Production

Vitamin B3 metabolites are essential for NAD+ production. Age, increased demand or breakdown, and impaired synthesis contribute to its depletion. NAD+ biosynthesis can be supported and restored with the use of precursors such as nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN).

NAD+ precursors like NMN are considered a potential strategy to maintain physiological health. Restoring NAD+ levels with NMN supports numerous functions throughout the body including brain, gut microbiome, heart, vascular and endothelial health, blood flow and aerobic capacity, immune resilience and recovery, mitochondria function, metabolism, skeletal muscle and bone metabolism, muscle physiology and more.

NMN Clinical Trials, Safety and Sources

A number of clinical trials with NMN and NAD+ precursors have evaluated their benefits and safety. One clinical trial examined the effects of NMN on exercise performance in runners between the ages of 27 and 50. At the end of 6 weeks, aerobic exercise capacity had improved in individuals using 600 mg and 1200 mg of NMN per day with no adverse effects.

Another clinical trial evaluated 250 mg of NMN per day in middle-aged women with BMIs from 25.3 to 39.1. After 10 weeks of use, results showed increased insulin sensitivity in muscles, insulin signaling and muscle remodeling

Other clinical trials supplemental dosages commonly ranged from 100 to 500 mg per day which were well tolerated with no observed adverse effects. Experimental animal studies showed no observable adverse effects for NMN at dosages of 1500 mg/kg/day.

NAD+ and precursors like NMN are found in plants and animals. Some of the foods identified containing NMN include edamame, avocado, broccoli, cucumber, cabbage, tomato, seafood, meat, fermented foods and beverages, and human breast milk.

NAD+ Helper with NMN contains 250 mg NMN per serving of 2 capsules.

NAD+ Production Enhanced by Sirtuin Activators

Declining NAD+ levels are associated with reduced sirtuin activity, an important regulator of healthy aging and cellular function. NAD+ Helper with NMN combines NMN with sirtuin activators because these compounds work synergistically to support healthy aging pathways and cellular resilience.*

Studies show that combining NMN with sirtuin activators such as resveratrol and pterostilbene increases NAD+ levels in the heart and skeletal muscles while enhancing longevity-related cellular pathways more effectively than NMN alone.

Together, higher levels of NMN, NAD+ and sirtuins support mitochondrial biogenesis, anti-aging signaling, telomere length, circadian rhythms, and metabolic activities.

Benefits of SIRT1 Compounds

Activating SIRT1 has been shown to increase the availability of NAD+ stores, enhance ATP/energy production, and help modulate NF-kappa B signaling. SIRT1 also plays an important role in healthy metabolic function by supporting insulin secretion, insulin sensitivity, and glucose uptake and usage. In addition, SIRT1 promotes DNA repair, antioxidant defenses, AMPK fat burning activities, and healthy neurological and vascular function.

SIRT1 is found in your brain, heart, kidneys, liver, retina (eye), skeletal muscle, blood vessels, uterus, and adipose tissue. Dietary sources of bioactive modulating SIRT1 nutrients are found in fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, tea, olive oil, and red wine.

Additional Synergistic Effects

Resveratrol and pterostilbene, recognized for their anti-aging and red wine French paradox benefits, are well known phytonutrient SIRT1 modulators. Numerous studies have demonstrated the combination of NAD+ and sirtuin modulators for healthy aging, cellular energy production, and metabolic function.

Research supports this combination for spinal disc health, men’s reproductive health, women’s metabolic reproductive health, gut microbiome, intestinal barrier, liver metabolism, i.e. the gut-liver-axis, and eye health

Cell Membrane Health and Methylation Support

NAD+ Helper with NMN™ also contains a phospholipid complex rich in phosphatidylcholine from sunflower lecithin. Phospholipids are fundamental components of cell membranes and help support the absorption and delivery of key nutrients throughout the body. Healthy cell membranes are essential for cellular communication, nutrient transport, and cell function.*

Phosphatidylcholine also provides methylation pathway support, a system related to NAD+ metabolism, gene expression, energy metabolism, and neurotransmitter production.*

NAD+ Helper with NMN™ provides powerful support for cellular energy production, mitochondrial health, DNA maintenance, and longevity. It helps support the body’s natural ability to maintain vitality, resilience, and long-term cellular wellness as we age.*

Aging well is more than watching time fly by and hoping for the best. Numerous factors contribute to aging faster such as stress, restrictive diets, ultra processed foods, sedentary lifestyles, inadequate quality sleep, trauma, and more.

Along with healthy diet and lifestyle choices, restoration of NAD+ levels and sirtuin activities offers the opportunity to promote healthy aging. If you find yourself reminiscing about a younger or healthier you, consider NAD+Helper with NMN!
